The Museum of Natural Curiosity
We really wanted to try the Ropes Course at the Museum so we had Morgan and the kids go at 10:00am and then I would go at 11:30am.
Everyone is harnessed and ready to go!
Getting instructions and locked into the system.
Noelle crossed the first obstacle.
And then she made it back and decided that she was done.
It was for the best though. She would have had a difficult time on many of the obstacles and this way Morgan was able to have a lot more fun.
Morgan did the balance beam forward and backward.
This obstacle was surprisingly difficult.
Noelle and Jet had fun climbing around the rest of the Rainforest.
They were REALLY high up!
Later Cheyenne came with her kids. Hallie decided that she wanted to do the ropes course too, so she signed up for the 11:00am session to go with me!
Kids coloring.
Here's Hallie on the ropes course!
It took a couple of tries, but eventually I was able to go forward and backward on the balance beam with no hands.
Noelle and Lily took an airplane ride.
These staircases go to the top of the obstacle course. There was a nice little breeze right at the top.
After we finished with the Rainforest section we went to the Waterworks. Jet was not so sure about being near so much water.
We went to lunch at Rachelle's house and then Morgan and I brought Hallie, Eli and Josh back to the Museum while everyone else stayed and took naps, or played at the Kimballs.
MAGIC!
Puppet shows.
Playing outside on the zipline.
We had to do some climbing.
Making music.
We found fish!
