Easter in May

Every year my parents host a HUGE Easter egg hunt. They were out of town this Easter and so decided to move the event. They ended up having it on May 16th when we arrived in Utah for our family vacation.

It was really fun to get to let my kids be a part of this tradition. Fun for me too, because grown ups are encouraged to attend.

Easter eggs are hidden inside of bottles. I found some inside the spice bottles and one inside a jar of Nutella!  After everything is over my mom goes through the cabinets, takes everything out and reorganizes them so that she will be able to find what she is looking for when she is cooking.
