Getting ready for bed.

Josh climbed onto Morgan's lap while reading scriptures and just laid his head down. Of course as soon as I got the camera out he had to get up.

Eli was eating a lizard before bedtime. He wouldn't stop putting it in his mouth so...don't tell him, but we through it away.

It's so funny the things kids do! I would throw it away too with all the sickness going around!

Here's the recipe (it's ridiculously easy and delicious!)

1 pkg frozen pastry puff sheets
Chocolate of any kind - i usually use kisses or chocolate chips, but i want to try hugs and candy bars inside. - go for kisses or chocolate chips first and just see what you think.
1/2 pint whipping cream
strawberries

preheat oven to 400
so defrost and cut the pastry puff sheet into 4 squares.
put in about 5 kisses (i try and chop them in half at least to melt faster.
wipe water or an egg bath around the edges of the square and fold the corners together smooshing it together then bring in the other sides and crease it together.
bake for 15 minutes
meanwhile - make the ganoush by putting in 1/2 cup whipping cream to a sauce pan. stir it with your finger until it's too hot for you to keep your finger and take it off the burner. stir in (with a spoon lol) 1/2 cup chocolate until it's all melted

When the purses come out of the oven let them cool for about 5 min.
Put a spoonful of ganoush on a plate, place a purse on the chocolate, pour a bit more ganoush on top of the purse and decorate the plate with it. Then a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and garnish with cut strawberries.

Sorry it's a novel :) We love it, but let me know what you think when you try it!

Thank you so much for the Birthday shout out. It is always fun to open mail, that is not a bill, and even more fun when it is so darn cute.

The blog is cute, Cheyenne keeps me updated, my favorite was the recent converstion between morgan and eli... very funny!

Thanks again,
